How does the consultation work?
A 30-minute video call. We walk through your patient journey and share an honest assessment of where we'd start. You leave with useful input either way.
How long until things are up and running?
Two-week build window. After that we operate, optimize, and iterate every week.
How soon will I see results?
Leads usually start landing within the first two weeks of ads going live. Booked consults build from there as the nurture sequences do their work over the first 30–60 days.
Do I need a big ad budget to start?
We require a minimum of $3K per month in ad spend. That gives us enough data to optimize quickly and scale your results profitably.
What CRM or booking software do you support?
We ask our clients to run on our GoHighLevel (GHL) membership. Keeping everyone on one platform avoids integration issues and keeps your leads, texts, and emails in sync.
What does it cost?
$3,000 a month flat for management, plus a $250 a month techstack fee that covers the CRM, the AI caller, all texting and email, and hosting. Your first month of live campaigns is free — the clock starts at launch, not at signature. Ad spend is separate, billed direct to your own ad account, with a $3,000/month minimum.
Why is my "free" month still costing me $3,250?
Because the ad spend isn't mine — it goes straight to Meta out of your account, and it's money you'd spend whether we worked together or not. The only variable is whether you're also paying someone $3,000 to manage it. That part is free for your first 30 days live.
Is there a contract?
90 days after your free month, so the nurture has time to compound, then month-to-month. If you cancel inside that 90 days, the free month bills at $3,000 — that's the only thing keeping the free month from being a giveaway.
What if it doesn't work?
If we haven't put 25 booked consultations on your calendar in the first 60 days of live campaigns, you're released from the rest of the term — no clawback, no further obligation. "Booked" means appointment set. I'll keep working it if you want me to, but you're free.
Will you work with my competitors in the same city?
Never. I won't work with another med spa within 15 miles of you, and that protection starts the day you sign — not the day you're live.
How soon can you actually start?
About two weeks from kickoff to live. If your build can't start right away you'll get the next slot — and we use that gap to get your assets, access, and offer sorted, so the build starts fully prepped instead of scrambling. Nothing bills until you're live either way.
